What do you need to do to get started?

• Identify your target population and why you've chosen that population
• Determine an unbiased process by which you would identify these students
• Develop a draft of the kind of information you think you would collect in a scholarship application that would help you determine qualifications (e.g. personal info, financial need, academic achievements, service, extracurricular activities, essays, etc.)
• Your scholarship needs to align with the Our TEAMS mission and philosophy
