We are a group of friends dedicated to making the world better.
As such, we have dedicated ourselves (as unpaid volunteers) to running Our TEAMS.
The architecture of Our TEAMS allows others ready access to the nonprofit framework by:
* Providing the organizational and tax structure
* Allowing for TEAM formation according to our charter
* TEAMS benefit from mentoring, web presence, accountability
* ...at no cost!
We invite others to create TEAMS within our structure.

Our structure
What is an NGO?
NGO's are non-governmental organizations. They are governed by 501(c)3 requirements and are a type of nonprofit organization. As such, activities and expenses must be consistent with the mission of the organization.
What makes Our TEAMS so flexible?
The mission of Our TEAMS is focused on education, development and service. As such, the good works of many meet the criteria of our organizational charter. Because setting up a nonprofit can be a daunting process, we welcome you to create your own TEAM within Our TEAMS, thus allowing you the benefits of mentoring, project review and tax advantages that come from being a nonprofit. In this way, Our TEAMS becomes an umbrella under which many can serve.
In order to participate, your activities must first be approved. We also require data collection and reporting as well as photo updates of your successes (and your failures). All of our TEAMS must function under appropriate legal and ethical norms. Click here for Team creation guidelines.

What is Our TEAMS' governing structure?
We have four officers (see below). We meet regularly, incubate ideas, live by our bylaws and seek to support a structure that will allow as many as desire to serve openly.
We also have an ad hoc board of volunteers who donate their time and expertise. Thank you!
